The Elite Software Design process consists of several steps:

• The Elite Software Design developers will collect as much detail as possible about your application. Most of this information can be entered on our Request Quote page. This includes the operating system, data input, calculations, design of reports, etc. Any additional information required will be collected via e-mail.
• Once all the application information is gathered, a quote will be provided and will be the final cost for the project.
• You will be able to download a copy of the application during development to provide comments and feedback. This ensures the program is designed exactly as requested.
• You will not be invoiced until you are satisfied the program is functioning exactly as required.

Any future additions/modifications are quoted with a change request form and billed at an hourly rate.

Any issues, errors or "bugs" in the program are corrected at no cost for the lifetime of the program.
