| Q | Will Elite Software Design develop an application that I intend to market? |
| A | Yes. We will develop the application to your specifications. Once the project is complete, you own the product. We would work with you on any upgrades/modifications in the future. |
| Q | What are the fees for making changes to an existing application? |
| A | All upgrades and enhancements made to the application are billed at our current hourly rate. A quote will be sent to the client based on the modifications requested prior to any work being started.
There is never a charge for changes based on the application performing incorrectly for the lifetime of the program. |
| Q | How long does it take to receive a quote after submitting project information? |
| A | If a detailed description of the project is provided, a quote is available in 1 or 2 business days. |
| Q | How long is the average application development time? |
| A | Many clients may not know exactly what they want at the beginning of the process. We will prototype an application, have the client evaluate and then provide feedback. This process goes back and forth until the final product. This process usually takes a couple of weeks to a month. |
| Q | Why doesn't Elite Software Design have an e-mail address or phone number published on its website? |
| A | We do not publish an e-mail address on our site due to the tremendous amount of SPAM we receive! We do not publish a phone number due to the amount of sales calls. All clients are provided our contact information. |
